WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?
Local shipping (Peru)

Our orders to Nival Lima are sent with our own courier and province orders are sent with Scharff (outsourced companies), who are responsible for the security and delivery time. We have a delivery time of 1 to 7 business days, starting the day after the order is placed. It should be noted that there may be delays caused by external factors.

International delivery

Our orders are shipped via FedEx, who is responsible for the security of the delivery. We have a delivery time of 3-8 business days, starting the day after the order is placed. These times may vary if the package is held by local authorities or customs. These hours do not apply when purchasing during the holidays.
IF I AM AN INTERNATIONAL BUYER, DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES?
Shipments outside Peru are subject to taxes, tariffs, tariffs, storage costs and customs clearance according to the customs of the importing country. These expenses are not included in the total cost reflected in the order and/or shipping cost. Capittana does not assume responsibility for taxes that may be incurred by discounted, promotional or raffled products. All the previously mentioned expenses must be covered by the recipient of the package. Capittana cannot declare the package for any value other than the total value of the product, which will be shown on the front of the package once delivered. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Please note that all international orders are subject to duties and taxes defined by the importing country. These costs are not included in your Capittana order and/or in the shipping total. Capittana is not responsible for any fees associated with importation. All fees must be paid by the recipient of the package.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

International Orders: All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority and are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your country.

National orders (Peru): All orders are sent through our own courier (Lima) and Scharff (Provinces) and are delivered within 5-7 business days.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION OF MY PURCHASE
Purchase confirmation emails are sent immediately after payment is processed. If you have not received the confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact our Capitteam at orders@capittana.la or Desarrollo@capittana.la
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE THE PURCHASE IS MADE?
Orders are processed once the purchase is made. We cannot cancel, change or modify the order once the payment has been processed. If you have any additional questions, please contact our Capitteam at Desarrollo@capittana.la

We review all issues up to 14 days after delivery. After that time, applications will not be accepted. Photos and details of the problem will need to be mailed in order to review the case.
I RECEIVED AN WRONG/FAILED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Oh no! We are very sorry this happened. Please send an email to info@capittana.la or Desarrollo@capittana.la with your purchase order number and photos of the product to determine the next steps and be 100% satisfied with your garment.

We do our best to respond to all our customers within 48 hours. However, response times may be extended during holidays, promotions, and launches.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR EMAILS/ NEWSLETTERS?
You can unsubscribe by entering an email that we have previously sent and clicking on “unsubscribe”, which is at the bottom of all the emails that we send. This will remove you from our mailing list and only notifications of your purchase orders will be sent to you.
ARE REFUNDS ISSUED?
A flexible exchange policy is in place, but refunds are not issued. If you wish to make a return of the garment, a Credit Note will be issued for the amount of the Purchase Order.

SALE: Products purchased at a discount are not subject to changes or returns. They are considered final sale.
